Return, Exchange & Credit Note Policy

At Adora Bags, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the terms mentioned below.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.
REFUND POLICY
Adora Bags does not offer monetary refunds.
All approved returns will be issued in the form of a Credit Note.
Credit Note Terms
• The credit note can be used only once.
• It is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• It can be redeemed on any purchase made through our website.
• Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash or extended after expiry.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a credit note will be issued within 7 working days.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a prepaid order is returned to us after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, a credit note will be issued after deducting ₹200 towards shipping and handling charges.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers may choose either of the following return methods:
Reverse Pickup
We can arrange a pickup service for a charge of ₹200.
Self Shipping
You may courier the product back to us using a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, please:
• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos of the package and product
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
The following charges are non-refundable:
• Shipping charges
• Customization charges
• Alteration charges
• Gift packaging charges
• Gift cards or store credits
